The BISP program is one of the largest initiatives in Pakistan, providing financial and emotional assistance to over 9.3 million families across the country. It does not focus on any particular province or district. On the contrary, it guarantees unconditional assistance to all regions. Many regions have started registering for the NSER dynamic survey to connect with deserving families.

Recently, the Government of Pakistan has agreed to raise the BISP budget by 15 to 20 percent, which will enable it to maintain support for eligible families.
