How to apply online for the Punjab Himmat Card through the PSER web portal

The Punjab government is conducting a new Khushaali survey to enroll people for various schemes, including Himmat Card, based on their eligibility. If you have not yet registered for the Punjab PSER survey, you can do so online by following these steps:

  1. Visit https://pser.punjab.gov.pk.
  2. Enter your complete name, CNIC, mobile network, mobile number, and email address.
  3. Create a password for future logins.
  4. Please re-enter the password to make sure it is correct.
  5. Click on the “Register” button.

There are two easy methods to apply for Punjab Himmat Card through PSER survey from the comfort of your home:

  1. Visit the online portal at www.pser.punjab.gov.pk
  2. Call the helpline number at 0800-02345 to request the socio-economic survey.

Eligibility People for Himmat Card

These are the important requirements for those applying for Himmat Card:

  • Candidates must obtain certification from Punjab Social Welfare [Registration through PSER survey].
  • Applicants must not be able to work.
  • Applicants must not be holding any position in public or private sector.
  • The applicant must not have received any financial assistance from schemes like PSPA, BISP, Zakat Fund, Bait ul Maal etc. recently.
  • BISP PMT score must be 37 or less.

Himmat Card will register 40,000 people for the first phase in Punjab

As part of the government’s plan, the Bank of Punjab will issue 65,000 ATM cards to targeted people in Punjab so that they can receive a monthly payment of Rs 10500 through the Himmat Card Scheme.

In the first phase, 40,000 registered people will receive their payments and the second phase will cover the remaining beneficiaries.

10500 payments will start on September 15 for Himmat card holders

The Punjab Himmat Card Scheme, launched today, August 27, will begin distributing payments of Rs 10500 across Punjab from September 15. Eligible people will be able to receive their payment using Bank of Punjab ATM cards. Initially, 40,000 people will be given Himmat cards, and in a second phase, another 25,000 cards will be distributed.
