The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) is currently conducting a new survey in Tehsil offices in all of Pakistan’s districts. If you want to join the program and receive quarterly payments directly into your bank account, it is essential that you register at the official offices to enrol in the Benazir Kafaalat, which offers a monthly payment of Rs 13,500.
BISP has received complaints from eligible families who have not yet received payments. To address this issue, the organisation has provided details on when these families will enrol in the program.
October Kafaalat Payment After NADRA-Verified CNIC Card Survey
To be part of the BISP program, having a NADRA-verified computerized national ID card is a must. This card, which is for all Pakistani citizens over 18, acts as a lifelong identity document. - Visit the Benazir 8171 portal at https://8171.bisp.gov.pk.
- Enter your 13-digit CNIC number and the verification code displayed.
- Select “Check Eligibility” from the menu.
- Your eligibility status will be displayed on the next page.
Women Eligible to Apply for the October Month
To be eligible for the BISP program, families of women must meet the following requirements:
- Monthly income must be less than Rs 30,000.
- The family must have a poverty score of less than thirty.
- No government employee should be part of the household.
- The person must not be receiving assistance from any other government program.
- The applicant must not own any property.
Benazir Kafalat Payment: 13500 Rupees (Latest Update)
There is good news for women joining the Benazir program, as well as for those who qualify but have not yet received a payment. BISP officials announced that from January 2025, all registered beneficiaries will receive the new Benazir Kafalat payment of Rs 13,500 through banks. We have allocated the budget for the next fiscal year for this purpose.
