The latest monthly installments of BISP Kafalat have started in several districts of Punjab, including Sargodha and Lodhran. Many people are going to campsites to collect their new BISP payments. To make this process simple, BISP has introduced a new cash transfer system through banks that allows beneficiaries to receive their payments at ATMs, reducing the need to travel long distances.
Around nine million families across Pakistan, including Punjab, are receiving cash assistance through the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) under the Benazir Kafaalat initiative.
8171 BISP Kafalat Installment of Rs 10,500 through ATMs of Banks
Each eligible household recently receives Rs 10,500 every three months. From January 2025, this amount will increase to Rs 13,500. People living below the poverty line will be able to apply for the new BISP Kafalat tranche and join the government’s social protection programs starting next month.
With the upgraded payment structure, beneficiaries will now receive their installments through six different banks, increasing transparency. This new system will respectfully disburse complete installments to eligible families.

The Benazir Kafalat program provides monthly cash to deserving women in Pakistan with PMT score below 30 living in poverty. If your PMT score is below 32 and you have completed the survey at any Benazir Tehsil centre, you are eligible to receive payments through this upgraded banking system.
BISP Kafalat: Rs 13,500 Online Payment Check Through CNIC
After receiving a message from 8171, women are now eligible to receive payments directly into their bank accounts. To receive these payments, eligible women will be required to resurvey at the Tehsil Centre to avoid any delay or queue.
To check the status and eligibility of your BISP payment, follow these four steps:
- Visit the official web portal of BISP 8171 (8171.bisp.gov.pk).
- Enter your National Identity Number and code.
- Click on the “Submit” button.
- The system will display the status of your payment.
This new procedure will ease the payment distribution, provide greater convenience, and reduce the need for long waiting times.
