The Punjab government has introduced the Himmat card to help poor people, with a special focus on people with disabilities. Each cardholder will get Rs 10,500 every three months to cover their expenses. The initiative includes the distribution of 65,000 ATM cards in two phases.

- Punjab Social Welfare must certify the applicant as disabled and unable to work.

Get Rs 10,500 through Himmat Card
All eligible and registered individuals in Punjab are now receiving the first installment of Rs 10,500 through Bank of Punjab branches. There have been no deductions or delays in the process. An online portal lets you register and apply for the scheme.

People with disabilities (PWDs) can apply for the Himmat card online and offline. To register online, follow these four steps:
- Visit https://swd.punjab.gov.pk/himmatcard to verify your information.
- Fill out the form with the required information.
- Attach the required documents, such as your National Identity Card, Disability Certificate, and PMT score.
- Submit your form.
- If you are eligible, you will receive the Himmat card.
Apply for a Himmat Card Via the Social Welfare Office
To apply offline, visit your local social welfare office. Bring your disability certificate, ID card, and other important documents. Upon verification of your application, you must open a bank account to receive the Rs 10,500, which you can obtain from any ATM or branch.
