A new registration process is now available on the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) web portal. If you haven’t signed up yet, now is the time to join the Benazir Kafaalat Programme, which aims to provide financial help to families struggling to meet their basic needs.

Applying via SMS (8171)
Send your CNIC ID card number from a registered SIM card to 8171. If successful, you’ll get a confirmation message stating, “Congratulations, you are eligible for the BISP program.” Women without a registered SIM in their name can use their husband’s SIM card. If you don’t have a registered SIM card, you will need to register one first. Note that Telenor SIM users will not receive confirmation messages from the program.

Online Registration via BISP Web Portal
To register online, visit the official BISP website, fill in the required details, enter the captcha code, and submit the form. You will receive a notification about your eligibility for the program.

A confirmation message will follow to inform you about your eligibility status. If you are disqualified but believe you meet the criteria, update your information with NADRA and resubmit your registration form.
