The latest November update of the BISP program disburses Benazir Kafaalat payments to eligible individuals through various banks. The objective of this method is to make sure that the 93 lakh beneficiaries receive their payments without any deductions and as quickly as possible.
BISP has already released payments for November 2024 in several districts of Pakistan. Beneficiaries can now verify their accounts using their national identity card number through the online portal 8171.
BISP Kafaalat November Payment of Rs 10,500
The November Benazir Kafaalat payment is now available, and many families are visiting BISP camps to collect their Rs 10,500 payments. While the payments for the 1 crore beneficiaries enrolled in the Kafalat program remain unchanged for now, we expect an increase to Rs 13,500 in 2025.
Kafalat Payments Disbursement Through A New System
BISP now partners with more banks to distribute quarterly installments of Rs 10,500 to registered families. Previously, the program relied on two banks, but new agreements with six more banks will make the process more efficient and reach all eligible households.

The following banks operate the ATMs where registered BISP beneficiaries can withdraw their payments quarterly:

The objective of this wider banking network is to make it easier for beneficiaries to receive payments.
Handling Complaints About Deductions By Beneficiaries
The Benazir Kafalat program, one of Pakistan’s largest social initiatives, supports more than 9.3 million families. With such a wide scope, some beneficiaries have faced difficulties, including issues with deductions and corruption during withdrawals. BISP’s collaboration with other banks should address these concerns and improve transparency.

Program objectives include:

- Long-term goals: In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, BISP will reduce poverty and empower women in Pakistan.
Last Words
The BISP program has expanded its network by including more banks to disburse Kafalat payments of Rs 10,500 to over 9.3 million people as soon as possible. This new method is made to help address issues previously faced by beneficiaries, including late payments and deductions.
As the BISP continues to expand, it remains focused on assisting poor households, and more improvements are expected, including an increase in payment amounts in 2025.
