Over the years, the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has been a major source of support for millions of people and has received recognition and sincere appreciation from various organizations around the world.
Recently, BISP launched its September payment for the Benazir Kafaalat program in some areas, and many people started heading to the camps to collect their new payments. However, the beneficiaries do not know whether they are eligible for Rs 13500 by September 2024.
Payment Update for September BISP 13500
The Benazir Income Support Programme has begun distributing the last Kafalat payment to women in Sargodha and other selected areas. The distribution is intended to ensure equity and effective monitoring. For September, the payment amount is Rs 10500.
Rubina Khalid, Chairperson, BISP Programme, announced that the payment will increase to Rs 13500 in January 2025. Therefore, we will cap this year’s disbursements at Rs 10500.
10500 Payment Distribution Started in Sargodha
In Sargodha, more than 250,000 beneficiaries of the Benazir Kafalat scheme received their quarterly payment from September to December. They can now collect their monthly payments from conveniently located camps in each Tehsil office. Only women who receive SMS from 8171 are eligible to be part of the scheme.
Before you leave for the camp, make sure you receive a confirmation message about your September BISP payment. Don’t forget to bring your ID card for verification.
September to December Benazir Payment Disbursement
The latest updates on the BISP scheme suggest that new disbursements have started in parts of Punjab, including Lodhran and Sargodha. Soon, there will be an official announcement regarding the implementation of September to December payments throughout Pakistan.

How do new women register for BISP Kafalat payments?
If you are receiving monthly payments through NSER survey and want to join the Benazir scheme by 2024, follow these 5 steps:
- Visit the nearest Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) office to fill the online registration form.
- Grab the form and fill it little by little.
- Send the completed form to the BISP office.
- If you are a widow, make sure to apply at the BISP office after visiting NADRA along with your death certificate.
- Once your application is accepted, you can withdraw your money from HBL Bank or the nearest collection point. Don’t forget to bring your original documents and contact information.
