The Government of Punjab has started the online PSER survey that allows citizens to check their eligibility for various initiatives, including the Kisan Card, Himmat Card, and Laptop Scheme, among others. 5 Steps Guide to Apply Online for the CM Laptop Scheme
- Visit PSER website: Go to the official website by typing https://pser.punjab.gov.pk in the address bar of your search browser.
- Enter your personal details: Enter all the required details in the PSER form to proceed.
- Create a strong password: Choose a strong password using a combination of letters (upper and lower case), numbers, and special characters. Enter this password in the appropriate field.
- Re-enter the password: Enter the same password again to confirm. Double-check that the two passwords match to avoid any connection issues.
- Complete the registration process: Please check the correctness of all the information entered and click on the “Register” button. A confirmation message or email should follow to confirm your registration.
The PSER team will review the information you provide to check if you are eligible for the CM New Laptop Program.

How to check the CM Laptop Scheme eligibility through the PSER Survey
Here is who can apply for the Chief Minister’s Laptop Scheme:
- First-year undergraduate/bachelor’s students: Must have more than 60% (annual) or 70% (semester) in fields such as medicine, dentistry, engineering, agriculture, etc.
- First-year master’s students: Must have at least 60% (annual) or 70% (semester) marks in two-year degree programs.
- Remaining evening students: Laptops are available to eligible students who were already enrolled in the previous year.
- Top undergraduate students: Top 100 students from all provincial, technical, and federal boards are eligible.
- Top Students from Other Regions: Top 400 undergraduate and intermediate students from other provinces, AJK, and Gilgit Baltistan are eligible to apply.
- New MPhil, MPhil, and PhD Scholars: Eligible if they have scored more than 60% (annual) or 70% (semester) marks and have not received laptops in the last year.
- Top Students of Federal Universities: Top 10 students from all departments of federal universities and campus locations in Punjab are eligible to participate.
- Deeni Madaris Students: 4,000 laptops are available based on the performance criteria set by the Auqaf Department, subject to approval.
