BISP Director-General announced that beneficiaries receiving 8171 payments will have to complete a new survey if they were last surveyed before 2021. Those who do not re-survey to the BISP Tehsil office before September 30, 2024, will no longer be eligible for the program.
The deadline to complete the survey will end on September 30, 2024. After this date, Benazir Income Support Program will stop registering new beneficiaries and will focus on those who completed their survey within the specified time frame.

In a recent video, CEO Naveed Akbar addressed the beneficiaries in an online session and stressed that payments will be suspended for those who do not reapply before the lastdate. Complete the method to do a new survey for the BISP scheme before the last date
Follow these steps for a complete BISP survey:
- Visit your district BISP Tehsil center.
- Go to the BISP Dynamic registration counter.
- Present your children’s B form and your CNIC card.
- Get a token for the new or revised survey.
- Verify the number provided and go to the registration area.
- A data entry operator will ask you for your personal and financial details.
- Complete the manual verification after completing the application form.
- 8171 will send a confirmation message.
- Eligible households will receive a confirmation email.

Check your payment eligibility online through the 8171 web portal
Once you have completed the survey, you can check your eligibility status on the BISP website:
- Visit https://8171.bisp.gov.pk/.
- Enter the code shown in the image and your CNIC number.
- Select ‘Check Eligibility’.
- You will find your eligibility status on the next page.
