The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has been in existence for many years with the objective of helping as many eligible and poor people as possible. As part of their continuous efforts, the Benazir Kafaalat Scheme has decided to broaden the impact by adding 700,000 new beneficiaries. To make this possible, 647 dynamic registration centers have been set up to make sure that people from different cities can register for the program.
BISP establishes 647 new registration centers for the dynamic survey
Recently, BISP announced the establishment of 647 new registration centers, which was initially planned for 2022. These centers are now actively working to enroll eligible women for monthly payments through NSER dynamic registration.
To conduct the new survey, BISP and the National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) have joined hands to set up these registration centers across the country. The two organizations have formalized their collaboration with a signed agreement.
What is the reason behind conducting a new dynamic survey for ineligible people
BISP conducts new surveys every two months to make sure that payments are made to eligible beneficiaries. This ongoing verification helps maintain the integrity of the program and confirms that the payment goes into the right hands. For women who did not participate in the last survey, BISP conducts a new survey using the dynamic registration system, which allows applicants to update any changes to their household information.

How to check BISP registration status online
If you recently completed your survey at a BISP Tehsil office and want to check the status of your payment, follow these steps:
- Visit the official BISP 8171 web portal.
- Enter the code shown in the image and your CNIC number.
- Click on “Check Eligibility”.
- Your eligibility status will be displayed on the next page.
BISP made an agreement with NADRA for valid ID card data
BISP’s partnership with NADRA for accurate data collection of all the eligible beneficiaries. Under this agreement, NADRA will provide up-to-date registration information and help families get the support they deserve. All eligible women who were excluded from the scheme will be re-registered based on the new survey to make sure that no needy family is left without support.
Dynamic registration primarily focuses on re-surveying new and existing beneficiaries to track their financial situation.

What is necessary to update in the BISP survey
Through the new survey, women can update their marital status, disability information, family details, and biometric data and cross-check these with the NADRA database. This registry system also helps detect any issues in inclusions or exclusions.
Eligible women for the BISP new monthly payment
To qualify for the monthly payment of Rs 12500 from BISP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a citizen of Pakistan.
- Be at least 18 years old, deserving, and in financial difficulty.
- Applicants with a valid national identity card must be family members.
- Single, widowed, or divorced women with no male relatives.
- Families whose members are physically or mentally disabled.
- A poverty index of less than 30.
