Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) beneficiaries no longer have to wait as the start date for the Phase 3 payments has been announced. The Director General of BISP recently shared this news in a video update and provided the latest information and changes related to the payment process.
Benazir Kafalat 10500 Third Phase Payments To Start on July 3, 2024
For all those who have registered for the April-June payments and have not yet received them, the start date for Phase 3 is now set for July 3, 2024. This phase will start in different districts.
To check the status of your payment, simply check your CNIC online using your identity number. If you receive a message of 8171, you will need to visit the designated BISP warehouses in your district to receive the full payment.

How to check your CNIC online for BISP Phase 3 Payments of 10,500
You can easily check the status of your payment from the comfort of your home. Follow these steps:
- Go to the Ehsaas 8171 web portal: Ehsaas 8171.
- Enter the code shown in the image along with your CNIC number.
- Click on “Check Eligibility”.
- You will see your eligibility status on the next page.
Regions for Benazir Kafalat 10500 Phase 3 payments
Specific districts and BISP camps for Phase 3 will be announced once the schedule is released. There is no official statement on the exact locations of the next phase at present. Director General Naveed Akbar mentioned that Phase 3 will cover the remaining areas where BISP camps are yet to be set up.
Note to beneficiaries: To avoid heat-related complications, it is recommended to visit the BISP campsites without children.

The payment distribution method has shifted from retailers to campsites, provided the conditions of the campsites are met. This change has been welcomed by women who can now receive their payments in a dignified manner. BISP campsites provide shaded waiting areas and fresh water, providing a comfortable environment for beneficiaries even in hot weather.
