The new Sharif government has launched the Ehsaas Ration Grant Scheme, which aims to provide relief to the economically disadvantaged population of Punjab. This initiative allows eligible participants to benefit from special discounts on essential food items. Once these people are enrolled in the scheme, they can benefit from reduced prices on staple foods like flour, lentils, rice, gram flour, and cooking oil.
Eligibility for New Ehsaas Ration Concession Program

These are the eligibility conditions for registration:
- People with a low poverty score
- Those who have a limited monthly income
- People in financial difficulty
- People facing difficulties in obtaining essential food items
- Needy women who cannot meet their basic needs
The Government of Pakistan will decide the eligibility of the candidates. Once accepted, participants will receive discounts on rations under the Ehsaas program.

- Download the Ehsaas Ration Discount app on your smartphone.
- Fill out the form provided and submit it, making sure to include your ID number as it is crucial for registration.
- After submitting the form, your registration will be complete and you will be added to the program.
- You will receive a message via SMS confirming the completion of your registration.
Help for Eligible Individuals
Once you have met the eligibility requirements, support will be available to you shortly after you enroll in the program. The Ehsaas Ration Discount program is only available to those who have successfully registered. The Ehsaas Ration Discount app simplifies this registration process.

Participants will receive discounts on items at the nearest authorized supermarket. To join the Ehsaas ration discount program, visit the nearest Ehsaas center and present your ID along with the required information. Once your details are verified, you will receive a verification SMS from 8171 confirming your successful registration.
