The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) provides financial assistance to those who have completed their registration through the NSER survey. It ensures that only eligible people receive payments through the Benazir Kafaalat Scheme. An estimated 9.3 million families are eligible for this program, and all register at their local Tehsil offices.
However, during visits to remote areas of Sindh, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), it became clear that many families needed assistance from these offices. BISP launched a mobile van registration service to address this challenge and make the program more accessible.
BISP Starts Mobile Van Registration in Remote Areas
The Secretary and Director of BISP analysed the key challenges of the program with the media. He pointed out that despite the establishment of more than 450 Tehsil centres across Pakistan, many families in remote areas such as interior Sindh and Balochistan are still unaware of the BISP monthly installments.
In his address to the community, he stated the launch of Nadra and Mobile Van registration services, which are currently operating in Sindh and Balochistan and will soon be expanded to KP. This service aims to increase the number of participants in the BISP program. For more details, you can watch the video of the Secretary and Director of BISP explaining how the BISP vans are functioning in all provinces.
Mobile Vans Now Helping in Making Your CNIC ID Card
The BISP team recently announced efforts to facilitate the registration of families from remote areas, especially those living in ‘Kachhi Abaadis’ (informal settlements). In these communities, which often live below the poverty line, many women do not have a CNIC ID card.
To help them, the Mobile Van Registration Service is now assisting in making your CNIC so that women do not have to travel long distances to reach the NADRA office.
New Phase of BISP Survey for Registration in Pakistan
This new phase is essential for families who have not yet registered for the Benazir Income Support Scheme. The NSER survey will be completed by the end of this month and a new list of beneficiaries will be prepared in October. Only those who score below 30 in the survey will be eligible for the Benazir Kafalat scheme.

What is the Process of the NSER Online Survey?
Many people are confused about the NSER survey registration process. BISP does not conduct online surveys. The only way to apply for the Benazir Kafalat scheme is to visit a regional district office and enter your details in the system.
How to conduct a dynamic survey at the BISP district office?
Some people are hesitant to visit Benazir’s office because they are not sure about the application process. Here is a brief step-by-step guide to help you:
- Visit the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) office and get the registration form.
- Fill the form with the required information.
- Send the completed form to the BISP district office.
- If you are a widow, make sure to bring the death certificate to the BISP office after your visit to NADRA.
- Once your application is approved, you can collect your payment from the nearest HBL Bank or Cash Center by submitting your original documents and contact details.

The Benazir Income Support Programme is making significant efforts to reach out to families in remote areas. The introduction of mobile van registration services brings the program closer to those who do not have access to the Tehsil offices, especially in areas like Sindh, Balochistan, and soon KP. This initiative not only facilitates access to the NSER survey but also contributes to the establishment of the CNIC and makes sure that the most needy families receive the required assistance.
