If you are enrolled in the Ehsaas program but are having difficulty with fingerprint verification, follow these steps to get help:

1. Visit the nearest NADRA office.
2. Attempt to verify your fingerprint.
3. If fingerprint verification fails, take a family member’s ID card to the Tehsil office.
4. Meet a representative at the Tehsil office.
5. Please report any issues with fingerprint verification.
6. The representative will provide a non-biometric verification form.
7. Fill out the form with the information required to receive your payment.

• The assistance is intended for poor and distressed families.

• No family member should be a government official.
• You must not have a passport or have traveled abroad.
• Your household must have more than six members.
