The registration process for PSER assistance programs is now open to applicants. Individuals with monthly income of Rs 60,000 or less are eligible for benefits. In addition, people with poverty score below 40 can access payment plans from the Government of Punjab.
Ms. Maryam Nawaz stressed that all people living below the poverty line will be included in all PSER programs. Various registration methods are available to the beneficiaries.
PSER Assistance Programs in 2024
Applicants can choose their preferred registration method. PSER teams provide door-to-door registration services and the Government of Punjab has set up PSER registration centers for manual registration. PSER Survey Announced: Online Registration
To register for PSER online, visit the Punjab portal. Enter your valid national identity card number, name, and password to create an account.
After registration, a PSER survey form will appear, asking for information about the head of household. In the next step, provide personal, health, financial, and household information before submitting the survey form.

Accuracy is crucial; providing incorrect information may lead to exclusion from PSER programs. After successful registration, you will be able to access various programs of the Punjab government, including the Solar Scheme, Motorcycle Scheme, Kisan Card, and Ramadan Package.

- The Punjab government has set up the PSER registry to help citizens access government assistance programs.
- Registration teams will provide door-to-door services for those who want to register.
- Make sure you have all the required documents, including a valid national identity card, associated mobile phone number, and your child’s birth certificate. The PSER registration staff will come to your home to help you with the process.
- After providing the correct information, you will be successfully registered with PSER.
- Once the registration is complete, you will receive an SMS alert on the mobile number you provided.

After verifying your eligibility, you will be eligible for all government PSER assistance programs including quarterly grants for people with disabilities and inclusion in the Kisan package for people working in agriculture.
