  3. Provide personal information: Enter your complete name, ID card number, first name, and registered phone number.
  4. Complaint details: Enter a detailed description in the provided text box after specifying the nature and category of your complaint.
  5. Submit the complaint: After filling out all the required information, click on submit. The Government of Punjab will receive your complaint for consideration.
