To register for the BOP Solar Panel Scheme, visit any local Bank of Punjab branch, fill up the registration form, provide your ID number, submit your thumb for verification, submit your latest electricity bill, and any other documents requested by the bank’s representative. You will receive a confirmation by mail within a few days.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria for the Punjab Solar Scheme
The rooftop solar panel scheme, which is offered free of charge, requires the applicants to meet certain criteria such as monthly electricity consumption of 100 units or less, household income of PKR 35,000 or less, not being employed in vacant positions in the government, not engaging in illegal activities like electricity theft, being a Pakistani resident and having a valid Pakistani ID card.
