Step 1: Visit the Nearest BISP Tehsil Center

First, make your way to the nearest BISP office during regular business hours, bearing in mind that the office remains closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Arriving during opening hours will help you avoid delays.

Step 2: Share Details With the Assistant Director

Share all your information about the stipend deduction with the Assistant Director of the Tehsil Office. Tell details about your location, deduction type, and stipend receipt.

Step 3: Request and Fill Out the Complaint Form

Ask the representative for a complaint form. Fill in the required fields with details, including your ID number, mobile number, and complete residential address.

Step 4: Enter Personal Information in the Form

Make sure the form contains your CNIC number, registered phone number, and the location where you received the money. Please provide your complete address and all details of the amount deducted.

Step 5: Track the Status of Your Complaint

BISP will start investigating your complaint, which may take up to a month. During this time, you will receive SMS updates on the progress.

Step 6: Receive the Deducted Amount (If Approved)

Your bank account will receive the deducted amount upon verification of the deduction. We will take action against the agent if you have suffered a loss of Rs 500 or Rs 1000. BISP will definitely issue a full refund to you.

Step 7: Legal Action on Verified Complaints

We will take legal action against the relevant bank agent for confirmed deductions. This action ensures that the agent faces sanctions in accordance with the law.
