What are the multiple options for selecting personalized number plates
Punjab administration has allowed you to choose from various options for your class:
- Personal Name
- Name of a loved one
- Name of the company
- Any alphabetical or numerical combination
How do I change number plates with “Appni Gari Apni Number Plate”
Here is how you can customize your number plate based on the categories defined by the Punjab government:
- Platinum Category: Up to 8 characters e.g. “SARAH” can be used to display the name of a loved one.
- Corporate Category: You can use your company name on the plate.
- Gold Category: Here you can use three alphanumeric and three numeric characters of your choice e.g. “ABC 123”.
