Online registration for Apni Chat Apna Ghar scheme is now open. Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched this scheme to address the housing crisis faced by low-income people in Punjab. The main objective of this initiative is to help the extremely deprived and homeless people of the region. Punjab government is constructing 1000,000 houses to help those who cannot afford shelter.
At a recent meeting, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced that more than three thousand houses would be constructed in each district. This policy is expected to be implemented within six weeks and free shelter will be provided to the poor to alleviate their living hardship.
How To Apply Apni Chat Apna Ghar Scheme
Under Apni Chat Apna Ghar scheme, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz introduced a new scheme for the homeless. The objective of this scheme is to provide free shelter to the homeless and thus make their lives easier.
The process of registration of eligible people has been initiated by the Government of Punjab. Those who have not yet registered for this scheme are requested to complete their registration to get a free home. Online registration for Apna Ghar Scheme 2024 is now available.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz stresses that the aim of launching this housing project is not just to build houses but to promote a resilient society. She lays emphasis on using standard materials in housing construction and plans to launch a housing scheme within city limits to improve access to housing.
The importance of using sustainable and quality materials in building houses has been highlighted by clearly announcing the construction of houses near urban areas.
BOP Apna Ghar Scheme Registration 2024
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz promised to provide free housing to the poor and needy people. A comprehensive plan has been prepared for the construction of one lakh houses and free houses will be provided in all districts of Punjab.
The Punjab government will soon lay the foundation stone of the Punjab Housing Scheme and is expected to start building houses for the poor. If you belong to a poor family, then registering for this scheme will get you a house for free.

Eligibility Criteria
To register for the Punjab Housing Scheme, applicants must meet certain criteria:
- Possession of a valid national identity card.
- National Identity Document verification by NADRA.
- Residence in Punjab.
- Monthly family income of 50,000 or less.
- No ownership of a house or plot registered in the name of the applicant.
