The BISP Phase 2 Payments for November, which are 10,500 rupees, are now open across Pakistan. All the eligible beneficiaries and women can transparently verify their inclusion in the updated district-wise list and go to their closest payment centers to collect their monthly assistance.
District-Wise List for BISP Phase 2 Payments
There are 54 districts for BISP Phase 2 payments across various provinces and regions:
- Punjab: Sahiwal, Mianwali, Toba Tek Singh, Multan, Lodhran, Jhang
- Sindh: Sanghar, Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Matiari, Umarkot, Jamshoro, Dadu, Badin
- Balochistan: Qila Saifullah, Qilla Abdullah, Chaman, Pishin, Khuzdar, Tangi, Kalat, Mastung, Sikandrabad Sohrab, Noshki, Kachhi
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Abbottabad, Mansehra, Lower and Upper Chitral, Swat, Battagram, Torghar, Lower and Upper Dir, Haripur, Kohistan Regions, Bannu
- Azad Jammu and Kashmir: Hattian, Muzaffarabad, Jhelum Valley, Mirpur, Neelum, Kotli, Bhimber
- Gilgit-Baltistan: Gilgit, Hunza, Nagar, Astore, Shigar, Skardu
If you are a woman who belongs to these districts, then you must keep yourself updated by visiting the nearest centers as soon as you get a confirmation SMS from the BISP Program.
Step-by-step guide to Collect Your 10500 BISP Phase 2 New Payment
- Receive SMS Confirmation: First you have to wait for a message on your registered mobile number.
- Visit Payment Center: After that, head to the closest BISP center in your area.
- Biometric Verification: Then complete your thumb verification process.
- Collect Payment: In the last step, once verified, you can collect your stipend amount without deductions.
Check Your District’s Payment Status Online
The BISP Kafalat Program is still disbursing the new phase payments. If you have not yet received the quarterly installment, then first you have to check your payment status. In order to verify your BISP Phase 2 payment status, visit the 8171 web portal. Type your ID card number and the given 4-digit code to get details about your eligibility and payment status.

The BISP has started the second phase of Benazir Kafaalat payments for November 2024, with the distribution of Rs. 10,500 to eligible women nationwide. In order to make the BISP payment process easier, we will manage it through six different banks from January 2025.
