Great news for the people of Balochistan! If you are living in difficult circumstances and were unable to register in the Benazir Kafaalat Program because your PMT score was too high, there is now hope. BISP increased the PMT score for conditional cash transfer programs such as Benazir Taleemi Wazaif and Benazir Nashonuma. This change means that more people can now enroll for financial assistance through the BISP 8171 program.
BISP Sets a 60 PMT Score for Conditional Cash Transfer Programs
Balochistan’s financial difficulties are well known, and many families live in difficult conditions. We have increased the PMT score cutoff for the conditional cash transfer program for children and women to 60 to help alleviate this. The objective is to improve access to education and healthcare, as well as put these families on par with others from other provinces.
If you have participated in the BISP survey, you can check your updated PMT score at the Tehsil office or in mobile vans in different regions of Sindh and Balochistan. Women with a score below 60 can now get assistance.
How to Check Your PMT Score Online With An ID Card
BISP has made it simple for Balochistan beneficiaries to check their PMT score online. Here’s how:
- Visit the official website of BISP: https://bisp.gov.pk/
- Click on ‘Check Eligibility’
- Enter your NADRA ID card number and submit
- Your PMT score will be displayed on the next page
BISP Survey Registration Via Mobile Van in Balochistan
To facilitate registration, BISP has launched a survey on mobile vans in Balochistan’s rural areas. These vans go to the remotest areas, including Kachhi Abaadis, to help families enroll in Benazir initiatives. Many of these deserving families, especially women, do not have basic ID cards, and the vans also help in this area.
