Good news for families who have registered through the Dynamic Survey for the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP)! The program is now expanding and enrolling more beneficiaries. The Benazir Kafaalat Programme will add you and your family to the list of new beneficiaries. This year, the government has increased the budget for BISP, with an objective to register 1 crore people by the end of the year.

At a recent media conference, BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid shared that the registration process is still active at BISP Tehsil offices. We are recertifying already registered families to ensure they continue receiving payments in their Kafalat accounts.

According to Rubina Khalid, the program aims to register 1 crore beneficiaries this year, thanks to the government’s support and President Asif Ali Zardari’s efforts.

The Benazir Kafaalat Programme Opens 7 Lacs New Applications

For new applicants, an additional 7 Lac registration is now available. Those who register will need to provide their mobile phone number to receive updates and payment notifications from “8171.” During the registration process, families will join the NSER Dynamic Survey, which involves answering questions about their financial situation.

BISP Team Asks 63 Questions in a Dynamic Survey

The dynamic survey plays an important role in determining eligibility for the BISP 8171 program. A BISP team visits the home, assesses the living conditions, and asks questions about the family’s financial situation to calculate the PMT score.

Eligible Women Beneficiaries for the Benazir Income Support Program

To qualify for BISP and receive payment updates through 8171, applicants must meet certain eligibility criteria:

  • Must be a citizen of Pakistan
  • Be at least 18 years old and in need of assistance
  • Female members of the family must have a valid identification card
  • Women who are single, widowed, or divorced are eligible
  • Families with members who have physical or intellectual disabilities
  • The poverty score must be below 30

How can new people check their PMT score?

BISP provides an online tool to check your PMT score. Simply enter your NADRA ID Card Number in the designated field to see if you are eligible for the program. Your PMT score will determine the level of financial assistance you receive. Even if your score is below 30, you are still eligible for support through 8171.
