AGAC Housing Scheme will Launch in Three Phases
We will implement the ‘Apni Chhat, Apna Ghar’ initiative in three phases. In rural areas, loans of up to Rs 150.15 million will be available for plots up to 10 marla, while urban areas will benefit from loans for plots up to 5 marla. The scheme offers interest-free monthly payments of around Rs 14000.
On public land in major cities, a lottery system will distribute four-story flats with easy payment plans. Private housing projects will offer 3-5 marla houses, with government subsidies of up to Rs 1 million per house. Applicants can become owners by making payments for five years.
