BISP launched a complete new registration process to help poor and needy families with their financial assistance to better manage their household expenses. Many people are still unaware of the last steps of registration, so BISP has provided an easy guide to help them register at their local Benazir tehsil office.
Dynamic Survey Conduct for the Complete New Registration Process in September
BISP has started an easy process to register for the BISP 12500 Kafalat Program. This updated process is designed to be user-friendly and makes it easier for applicants to register without any problem.
Here is how you can register in person from BISP:
- Visit the BISP office Dynamic Registration Counter: Go to the BISP office and locate the registration counter.
- Give them your ID Cards and Child Form B: Provide your ID cards and Child Form B to the staff.
- Receive your survey token: The staff will issue a new survey or update your existing survey token.
- Visit the registration room: Use your token number to get into the survey registration room.
- Answer the survey questions: The data entry operator will ask you about your socio-economic status.
- Thumb Verification: Once the form is filled, you will be asked to provide a thumb verification on the affidavit.
- Receive Verification from 8171: After verification, you will receive a confirmation message from 8171.
- Eligibility Message: If your application is approved, you will receive an eligibility message from 8171.

Check your Benazir 12500 new registration status online through the website
You can now check your eligibility for the scheme online with your CNIC. Follow these steps to verify:
- Visit the website: Open your browser and navigate to https://8171.bisp.gov.pk/.
- Enter your CNIC: A form will appear where you need to enter your 13-digit CNIC number.
- Submit: After entering the captcha code, tap submit.
- Check your eligibility: You will be redirected to another page where you can see if you are eligible for the program.
How to be eligible for BISP new registration
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet certain criteria:
- Be a Pakistani resident.
- Not receiving any assistance from any other program.
- Living below the poverty line.
If any of these requirements are not met, the application will not be considered.

Women can complete the NSER Survey by the Benazir Tehsil Office
The NSER survey is one of the government’s major initiatives to support needy people. Under this scheme, women in financial difficulties, especially widows, will be given a monthly installment of Rs 12500. After the NSER survey is completed, eligible people will be notified when they will receive their payment.
What is the list of important documents for new BISP registration
When you go to the BISP office to register, make sure to bring the following documents:
- Death certificate if the applicant is widowed
- National identity card
- Children’s B-form
- Gas and electricity bills
- Identity card for those above 60 years of age
