1. Go to the 8171 web portal and find the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif registration form.
2. Fill the form with your child’s details.
3. Print the completed form and take it to the nearest BISP Tehsil office to take the NSER survey.
4. Once you are eligible for the survey, you will receive your participation form.
5. Wait for an SMS from 8171.
6. If the message shows confirmation, visit the nearest HBL Connect store for biometric verification and collect your child’s scholarship.
