Since its launch in 2008, the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has been a lifeline for many and has turned Benazir Bhutto’s vision into reality. Thanks to the hard work of the BISP team, more than 9.5 million beneficiaries now receive monthly payments through the Benazir Kafaalat and Taleemi Wazifa for Children program.
To improve the process and increase the transparency, BISP is expanding its payment distribution to include six more banks, including JazzCash.

The 8171 Kafalat program, designed to help deserving women and children, continues to provide critical financial support to low-income people in Pakistan. This government initiative offers conditional and unconditional cash transfers and makes life a little easier with digital payments.
To simplify payments, Benazir Kafalat program participants can now receive their funds through JazzCash, a branchless banking service, increasing convenience for all parties.

Getting paid with JazzCash is easy. Just follow these three simple steps:
- Visit a JazzCash agent: Find an authorized JazzCash agent near you that processes BISP payments.
- Authenticate your identity: Verify your identity by providing your fingerprint at the agent’s location.
- Get paid: If you are eligible, you will receive your payment immediately from the JazzCash agent.

BISP JazzCash Payments will distribute among 1.3 million women
BISP’s collaboration with six new banks has expanded the payment system so that each bank can hold specific funds for beneficiaries. JazzCash will disburse payments to 1.3 million beneficiaries using its extensive network of agents and stores across the country.
Time to receive BISP beneficiary payments by JazzCash
Eligible women will receive cash assistance totaling Rs 10,500 per quarter for three years. JazzCash aims to enable cash withdrawals using biometric services during this three-year period.
