The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has set up a helpline to resolve issues related to BISP. By contacting this helpline, people can communicate their concerns to the representatives who then work from the BISP control room to resolve these issues.

If you are a BISP beneficiary and are facing difficulties in receiving your amount such as deductions or fingerprint recognition issues, you can call the BISP helpline on 0800-26477 for help. The control room is activated when the quarterly BISP amount is released to ensure that all beneficiaries receive their funds.

BISP related fake calls

There have been many scams where fraudsters have posed as BISP officials and called and messaged people under false pretenses to extort money. These fraudsters often promise more money and demand fees, thus deceiving innocent people. BenazirKafaalat.pk

BISP related fake messages or SMS

Fraudsters also send misleading messages in the name of BISP, resulting in significant losses for many. Benazir Income Support Program communicates with its beneficiaries exclusively through the helpline 8171. Messages from other numbers demanding money are fraudulent and beneficiaries should remain vigilant.

BISP E-Kachehri for Beneficiaries

To identify and resolve beneficiaries’ problems, BISP conducts live meetings on its official Facebook page. During these sessions, beneficiaries describe their problems and BISP representatives provide advice in real time. These sessions are tailored to different provinces to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.

E-Kachhari sessions are scheduled for a duration of two to three hours during which calls from different regions are received and attended to. Each zone has a specific contact number for e-Kachhari through which people can get help with BISP related issues.
