Faisalabad Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abdullah Nayyar Sheikh announced the establishment of 514 centers to assist citizens in registering for the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) project.
A total of 1,297 data entry officers have been stationed at these centers to aid in the registration process.

During a review meeting on Friday, the DC emphasized the importance of bringing all necessary documents when visiting the centers. These include the CNICs of the family head, personal details, spouse and children above 18 years, B-form for children under 18, income details, land/property information, family details, and bank account information. Citizens can also register online via the portal pser.punjab.gov.pk or contact the helpline at 0800-02345.
The PSER project, initiated across all districts of Punjab including Faisalabad, was launched following directives from Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The initiative aims to document the financial status of households, families, and individuals.

Eligible People for PSER
Registered citizens will be eligible for various welfare programs offered by the Punjab government, such as Kisan Card, Himmat Card, Health Card, Livestock Card, Scholarship Programme, Roshan Gharana Solar Programme, and Nigheban Ramazan Programme. The DC has instructed assistant commissioners to closely monitor the registration process and called for extensive advertisement to ensure public awareness.
